2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RaceKartNetwork. By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

3. User Accounts

To list or purchase items, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Keep your account information up to date

Maintain the security of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Listings & Transactions Sellers

Anyone may sell on RaceKartNetwork — a business license is not required

Sellers are responsible for:

Accurate descriptions and photos

Pricing, shipping, and handling

Stating any return or refund policies

All items must be karting-related and legally sold

Buyers

Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchase

All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk

5. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. RaceKartNetwork does not directly handle or store payment information.

Fees, if applicable, will be disclosed at the time of listing or checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

RKN does not ship or handle merchandise

Shipping arrangements, costs, and timelines are the responsibility of the seller

RKN is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly between buyer and seller. RaceKartNetwork does not issue refunds or enforce return policies.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Post fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive listings

Engage in scams, chargebacks, or payment manipulation

Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items

Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

Attempt to bypass platform fees or safeguards

⚠️ Zero tolerance policy: Any user suspected of fraud or malicious behavior may be immediately suspended or permanently removed without notice.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

RaceKartNetwork reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion

Remove listings that violate these Terms

Deny access to the Platform without prior notice

10. Disclaimers

RaceKartNetwork provides the Platform “as is” and “as available”

We make no guarantees regarding item quality, legality, or seller performance

RKN is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RaceKartNetwork shall not be liable for:

Disputes between buyers and sellers

Financial losses, damages, or injuries related to items sold

12. Indemnification
